Our goal: Reduce unemployment by highlighting the problem and showing practical paths to skills, jobs, and self-employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Challenge We Face<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>High Dropouts:<\/strong> Long walks to school, lack of fees\/materials, family poverty, and refugee settlement pressures cause many to leave education early.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unemployment Trap:<\/strong> Without certificates or skills, youth rely on irregular casual labor, subsistence farming, or remain idle. This leads to low income, mental stress, and limited opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Local Reality:<\/strong> In Kyegegwa District, limited secondary schools, vocational institutes, and job creation make the situation tough \u2014 but not impossible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Broader Uganda issues: Skills mismatch, few formal jobs, and high youth population growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our Vision<\/strong> A Bujubuli where every young person has skills, confidence, and opportunities to earn a living, start businesses, and contribute to the community.
